Order Processing

At Fusion Pearl, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: American Express (Amex), Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and eCheck. Prior to shipment, all items are packaged in Fusion Pearl' signature gift packaging. As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option.

 

Finished jewelry orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as one business days. Generally, orders placed on business days... ahead of shipping service pickup time, will be mailed same day. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our return policy, detailed below.

 

Shipping
We use the most reputable shipping companies to deliver your purchase in a timely manner. We deliver to street addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska using private carriers. We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for APO/FPO and P.O. Box destinations.

We will ship to the following international countries / geographical areas: South America, the Caribbean Islands, Europe (Austria, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, etc.)

 

US Territories: Most items may be shipped to Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, he Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.

 

Military APO/FPO Addresses: APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO processing center to you.

 

* For those international countries with shipping cost set within the check out: Flat rate of US $35.00 as a medium (includes customs clearance and delivery process fee at time of delivery... only in countries where accepted and shipping is via USPS Priority Mail® International) and insurance. More than likely, we will send your package via Priorty Mail, a "reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise to over 190 countries". Where shipping is less, we will refund.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in its original, unused, unaltered condition.  We will issue a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling. If the item is found to be defective, we will replace it. Please note that items special ordered, customized, altered, cut, set, made, strung or engraved to your specifications cannot be accepted for credit or exchange.
